Product description:
Dupont impact testing machine aims to test the impact endurance of coating material after coated. The coating face of specimen face up, connect with specified radius Impact Head, use a certain Weight to impact the Impact Head on a fixed height, after impacted, check the damage of coating or deformation.
To do an impacting test for painting and coating materials is to use an impacting head with various round angles to touch the specimen in the beginning, and then a selected weight free dropping from a certain height to hit the impacting head to impact the specimen. Running the same way to test three more specimens, and put and leave them for an hour, and then watch if there is crack on the painting.

The DuPont impact test machine should not be used in the following occasions. The precautions are as follows:
1. In the occasion of vibration and swing.
2. Places in direct sunlight.
3. Places with high temperature, dust and humidity.
4. The AC power supplied to the machine should be well grounded to ensure safe use.
5. It is strictly forbidden to use strong solvents (such as benzene and nitro oil) to clean the machine.
6. Water and debris must not be injected into the machine to prevent damage to electrical components and electric shock.
7. The disassembly, assembly and debugging of the instrument display can only be carried out by the unit approved by the National Metrology Department and our company.
DuPont impact testing machine maintenance methods:
1. Cleaning: Keep the machine clean at any time, and wipe the machine with cotton cloth before and after each use to keep it clean.
2. Anti-rust: spray anti-rust oil on the metal parts of the machine surface once a week (clean it after 2 hours of injection).
3. Lubricating oil: lubricate the transmission parts (such as screw) of the machine regularly every month (select ordinary lubricating oil).
4. Maintenance: Check regularly whether the keys on the control panel are normal.
