Product description:
The purpose of DuPont impact testing machine is to test the impact resistance of coating materials after coating. The coated surface of the sample faces upwards, the impact head is connected with a prescribed radius, the impact head is impacted to a certain height with a certain weight, and the coating is inspected for damage or deformation after impact.
To conduct an impact test on paint and coating materials, first contact the specimen with an impact head with different rounded corners, and then select a free weight to drop from a certain height to the impact head to impact the specimen. Try three more specimens in the same way, let them sit for an hour, and then observe if there are any cracks in the painting.
