1.Product Introduction:

Gas chromatograph is a multi-component mixture separation and analysis tool. It uses inert gas as mobile phase and uses chromatographic column separation technology. When multiple analytical substances enter the chromatographic column, due to the different partition coefficients of the components in the chromatographic column, the flow rates of the components in the chromatographic column are different. After a certain column length, the mixed components leave the chromatographic column separately After entering the detector, it is converted into an electrical signal after detection and sent to the data processing workstation, thereby completing the detection and analysis of the tested substance.

2.Working Principle of Gas Chromatography:

Using the different distribution coefficients of the components in the sample between the gas phase and the fixed liquid phase, when the vaporized sample is carried into the chromatography column by the carrier gas, the components are repeatedly distributed between the two phases because of the multiple The relative adsorption or dissolution capacity of each component is different, so the operating speed of each component in the chromatographic column is different. After a certain column length, they are separated from each other and leave the chromatographic column in sequence to enter the detector. The resulting ion current After the signal is amplified, the chromatographic peaks of each component are traced on the recorder.
