Overview of Equipment Functions:
1, BGA aging board 26 sets, each set p ut 64 BGA132 particles, full load test that is 1664 pcs;
2,Power supply AC/DC12V 650W, 64pcs, can meet the power of each product: 5V, 2A test;
3,Each aging board can be switched by pushing and pulling independently, which can realize the disassembly and installation of pellets outside the oven box;
4, internal temperature hot air circulation, from the left and right sides into, the middle of the top return air;
5,The left and right sides have fully automatic fresh air inlets, when the temperature of the inner box products exceeds the temperature, the middle extractor fan forcibly
When the temperature of the product in the inner box exceeds the temperature, the middle extractor fan will be forced to extract air;
6,The temperature monitoring point of the inner box is 4 ways, the upper, middle, and lower part of the display, the main control temperature point is 1 way;
Aging Cabinet Control Methods and Features:
1,Performance: Balanced temperature control system (BTC), PID mode control SSR, so that the heating of the system is equal to the heat loss, so it can be used stably for a long time.

Air Conditioning System:
- air conditioning method: forced ventilation internal balance of temperature regulation method (BTC).
