Product description:
The purpose of DuPont impact testing machine is to test the impact resistance of coating materials after coating. The coated surface of the sample faces upwards, the impact head is connected with a prescribed radius, the impact head is impacted to a certain height with a certain weight, and the coating is inspected for damage or deformation after impact.

For the impact test of paint and coating materials, first contact the sample with a different fillet of the impact head, then choose a free weight from a certain height to the impact head, impact the sample. In the same way, try three more specimens, put them for an hour, and then observe whether there are cracks on the painting.

According to the standard, the design of DuPont impact tester meets the requirements of JIS-K5600 (coating), ASTM-D2794, JIS-K5400 and other standards.

The DuPont impact tester shall not be used in the following situations as far as possible, and the precautions are as follows:
1. In the situation of vibration and swing.
2. In direct sunlight.
3. A hot, dusty, damp place.
4. The alternating current supplied to the machine shall be well grounded to ensure safe use.
5. Do not use strong solvent (such as benzene, nitro oil) to clean the machine.
6. Water and sundries shall not be injected into the machine to prevent damage and electric shock of electrical components.
7. The dismantling and debugging of the instrument display can only be carried out by the unit approved by the Ministry of measurement of the people's Republic of China and the company, and other persons are not allowed to dismantle and repair without authorization.

Maintenance method of DuPont impact tester:
1. Cleaning: keep the machine clean at all times. Wipe the machine with cotton cloth before and after each use to keep it clean.
2. Antirust: spray antirust oil on the metal part of the machine surface once a week (clean it after spraying for 2 hours).
3. Lubricating oil: regularly add lubricating oil to the transmission parts (such as screw) of the machine every month (select ordinary lubricating oil).
4. Maintenance: regularly check whether the control panel key is normal.
