Product Description
Non-woven Air Permeability Tester Instrument to measure directly the air permeability (considered as the speed of the air flow passing vertically through a sample in specific set conditions) of woven and knitted fabrics, industrial and technical textiles, non-woven , artificial leather, felts and paper.

Product Characteristics
1. Using high-precision micro-pressure differential sensor, the measurement result is accurate and repeatable.
2. Large-screen color touch screen display operation, Chinese and English interface menu operation.
3. The instrument adopts a self-designed muffler to control the suction fan, which solves the problem of high noise caused by large pressure difference in similar products.
4. The instrument is equipped with a standard calibration orifice plate, which can quickly complete the calibration to ensure the accuracy of the data.
5. Test method: quick test (single test time is less than 30 seconds, and the result can be obtained quickly).
6. Stability test (increase the speed of the fan at a constant speed, reach the set pressure difference, keep the pressure for a certain period of time to get the result, it is very suitable for some fabrics with relatively small air permeability to complete high-precision testing).
7. According to the test prompt, manually replace the test orifice plate.
