Product Introduction:
The fluorescent ultraviolet lamp, which can best simulate the UV spectrum of sunlight, and the temperature control and humidity supply devices are used to simulate the discoloration, brightness and intensity decrease of the material.
Cracking, peeling, pulverization, oxidation and other damaging sunlight (UV segment), such as high temperature, high humidity, condensation, dark cycle, and other factors, at the same time, through the synergistic effect between ultraviolet light and moisture, the single light resistance or single moisture resistance of the material weakened or failed, so it is widely used for the evaluation of the weather resistance of materials.

Structural Features:

1. The box is made of CNC equipment, with advanced technology, smooth lines and beautiful appearance.

2. The box body is made of 304SUS advanced stainless steel plate and aluminum alloy frame with a thickness of 1.0mm.

3. The heating method is tank heating, which is fast and evenly distributed.

4. The air duct in the box adopts single circulation system, with one imported axial flow fan, which improves the air flow and heating capacity, and greatly improves the temperature uniformity of the test chamber.

5. Water source and consumption: 8 l/day of clean water or distilled water.

6. The drainage system USES return vortex type and U type sedimentation device to drain water, which is convenient for users to clean.

Light Source:

1. 8 UV series fluorescent lamps with rated power of 40W are used as the light source, which are distributed on both sides of the machine with 4 lamps on each side.

2. The distance between the sample surface and the UV lamp plane is 50 mm and parallel.

3. There are UV-B313. UV-A340.

4. The luminous spectral energy of UV -a340 lamp is mainly concentrated around the wavelength of 340nm.

5. The luminous spectral energy of UV -b313 lamp is mainly concentrated around the wavelength of 313nm.

6. Lamp tube: special ultraviolet lamp tube, 8 in 2 rows, 40W/ tube.

7. Because of the fluorescent light energy output will gradually decay over time, in order to reduce the influence of caused by light energy attenuation test, all the eight in every quarter of the fluorescent lamp life, by a new lamp to replace an old lamp, so that UV light source is composed of the new lamp and old lamps, resulting in a constant output of light energy.
