Product Introduction:
Melt flow index tester is an instrument for measuring the flowability of plastic polymers at high temperatures. It uses a high-temperature heating furnace to bring the measured object into a molten state under the specified temperature conditions. The test object in this molten state is subjected to an extrusion test through a small hole of a certain diameter under the load gravity of a predetermined weight. In the production of plastics in industrial enterprises and in the research of scientific research units, "melt (mass) flow rate" is often used to indicate the physical properties of polymer materials such as fluidity and viscosity in the molten state.

1. XNR-400W melt flow rate tester adopts industrial PLC programmable controller, touch screen operation platform, Chinese character LCD display.
2. Melt flow index test machine's automatic temperature control is divided into three cutting methods: manual, time-controlled and automatic from the operation method, which can realize two test methods: mass method (MFR) and volume method (MVR).
3. Melt flow index test machine can measure the melting density of raw materials at the test temperature, and the system also has a temperature calibration function.
