Product Description

This machine is used to test the frame / front fork impact strength. Install one 1kg roller on the front fork, clamping the frame/ front fork by rear axle on the steel bearing. Then apply a 22.5kg hammer on the roller which installed on foot of front fork to measure the distance between two wheels mid-line. Lift up the hammer to 180mm and then release to make it impact the roller. This hammer will jump and this is normal. At last, measure the distance between two wheels mid-line when the hammer stop.
After testing, the parts should not be broken, and the deformation should not over:

1. With front fork: 30mm

1. With steel lever instead of front fork: 10mm
