Floor Standing Smoking Machine is used for testing e-cigarettes to measuring the suction resistance of finished electronic cigarettes, which is widely used in the field of quality control and inspection of electronic cigarette production.
It works by using piston suction to simulate the principle of manual suction.
The operation process as follows: connect the e-cigarette to be tested with a tube on the testing station. At this time, the piston in the device simulates the action of manual smoking and draws a fixed flow rate (e.g. 17.5ml/s) of air into the e-cigarette. During this process, a certain vacuum pressure, i.e. suction resistance, is generated at the inhalation end of the e-cigarette. The tester will measure this pressure, i.e. real-time suction resistance, in real time. In this way, the suction resistance characteristics of the e-cigarette can be accurately measured. Product charging is available during the test.
