Rubber rheometer is the most widely used instrument in the rubber processing industry to control the quality of the rubber, rapid inspection and basic research on rubber. It provides accurate data for the optimal formula combination of rubber, and can accurately measure the scorch time, positive vulcanization time, vulcanization Index and parameters such as maximum and minimum torque.
 
Product Composition:
1. The vulcanizer consists of the main machine, computer, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing, sensor and electrical interlock. The temperature measurement and control circuit is composed of measurement and control module, platinum resistance and heater, which can automatically track the changes of grid and environment temperature, automatically correct PID parameters, and achieve the purpose of rapid and accurate temperature control.
2.The data acquisition system and electromechanical interlock can automatically detect the moment signal of rubber vulcanization process, and automatically display the temperature value and set value in real time. After vulcanization, it can automatically process, calculate and print vulcanization curve and process parameters. Display curing time and moment.
