1. Function
Paste the tape to the steel panel, hung standard load on the lower end. Keep this status for a period of time, then measure the distance the tape slips, or the time the tape pastes, to determine the retentive property of the tape.

The resistant ability of the tape to displacement, when a given weight is hung
