Product Description:
Printing ink discoloration abrasion tester is suitable for printing printing ink layer wearability rub standards of the dry or wet paper on the friction head, with pressure, reciprocating friction travel and speed on the friction surface of the specimen, observe the sample ink layer falls off, confirmation sample and standard friction pollution register or sample surface fuzz or wear and tear.
Working Principle:
under the action of the friction body under load, the abrasive layer of the sample and the friction paper rub against each other at a specified speed. The abrasion resistance of the ink layer or coating can be judged by measuring the change of the density of the ink layer or the thickness of the coating before and after friction.
