Product Introduction:
Melt flow index MFI test machine is used to determine melt mass flow rate (MFR).It is not only suitable for the melting point of higher temperature, such as polycarbonate, nylon, fluorine plastics, polyoxides and other engineering plastics, but also suitable for the melting temperature of lower plastic measurement, such as polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, polyformaldehyde resin.At the same time, it is widely used in plastic raw material products, petrochemical industry and related universities, research institutes and commodity inspection departments.
The melt flow rate measuring instrument adopts dual control combined with host control and computer display operation. The automatic temperature control is divided into three cutting methods: manual, time-controlled and automatic from the operation method, which can realize the mass method (MFR) and volume method ( MVR) Two test methods.
XNR-400C melt flow rate tester adopts industrial PLC programmable controller, liquid crystal operation platform, and temperature control adopts separate temperature control unit LED digital display.
